Financial statements results

Acea S.p.A. (“ACEA”) announces that, under the new rules and regulations introduced by Consob (Italian Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange) resolution 19970 dated 26 October 2016, in order to guarantee alignment with international industry best practices and with a view to ensuring maximum transparency vis-à-vis the market, the company intends to voluntarily approve and publish interim reports on operations, in the manner already adopted for approval of the interim report on operations as at 30 September 2017. These interim reports on operations will contain the following information: 

• Financial performance and results
• Performance of business segments
• Performance of equity markets and Acea's share price 
• Significant events during the period and after the reporting date
• Outlook
• Basis of preparation and presentation
• Basis and scope of consolidation
  
• Income statement (for the period and quarters), Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Cash Flows and the Statement of Changes in Shareholders' Equity
