Acea, people for sustainable infrastructure

Intesa Sanpaolo, the leading Italian Bank, and Acea, the first water operator at national level, have signed the first national agreement for the protection and sustainable management of water in the production processes of companies, also in relation to the measures of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP). Intesa Sanpaolo will make 20 billion euros available to support the initiatives of companies and operators in the water supply chain. These are the words of our CEO, Fabrizio Palermo: “Acea will make its professionalism and skills available for more efficient and sustainable water management within the production chains, in light of the consolidated experience and leadership acquired in the entire water cycle: from collection to transport up to purification".
