Elisabetta Maggini has been a member of the Acea Board of Directors since 18 April 2023.
From December 2020 to June 2023 she was a board member of Consap S.p.A (Concessionaria Servizi Assicurativi Pubblici, a Ministry of Economy and Finance investee company, created following the demerger from the Italian National Insurance Institute INA).
Since 2014, she has also been a director of Sorgente Group Srl, a holding company operating in the financial, real estate, building construction and infrastructure sectors, and from January 2022 to July 2023 she was a director of Sorgente SGR S.p.A, an asset management company belonging to the Sorgente Group.
In July 2021 she was appointed Chairperson of ANCE Roma Giovani, the Young Builders group of the Rome Association of Building Contractors ACER. Since 2016 she is also Chairperson of the Consultation Group for Young Entrepreneurs and Professionals in Rome and the Region of Lazio.
Since July 2020 she has been a director of the Lazio Region’s ASP Asilo Savoia - Regional Personal Care Services Company.
She was a member of the Acea S.p.A Board of Directors from 2014 to 2017.
Among her other significant experience, she was a director of Istituto Poligrafico Zecca dello Stato S.p.A (2017-2020), Quorum SGR S.p.A (2021-2022) and Nova RE SIIQ S.p.A (2017-2021).
During the period 2013-2014, she was a secretariat staff member for the President of the Lazio Region. From 2009 to 2012 she was a secretariat staff member for the President of the Province of Rome.
During the period 2014-2017, she was a member of the Rome Chamber of Commerce Women’s Entrepreneurship Committee and from 2010 to 2016 was Chairperson of “Vocazione Roma”, the association of Roman professionals, entrepreneurs and creators under 40.
She holds a degree in Law from Rome’s LUMSA (Libera Università Maria Santissima Assunta) University and attended a Master’s degree course in Real Estate Finance at the LUISS Business School.
