The development policies also envisage the application of a system for analysing and monitoring the supervision of the technical and behavioural skills linked to the leadership model, an essential tool for the design and implementation of personalised models of development aimed at promoting growth and individual improvement. In addition, to encourage employee engagement by increasing people's sense of belonging to the Group, listening campaigns are constantly launched and specific Change Management activities are organised.
