  • A document showing the identity and tax code of the new holder

  • The utility number

  • Property deed of ownership

  • Land registry data of the property

  • An up-to-date self-reading of the meter (no need if the utility is calibrated mouth)

 

In the case of outstanding bills, responsibility for the debt will be ascertained based on ownership.

 
  • A document showing the identity of the legal representative (or person authorised to make the request)

  • Tax code of the legal representative or person authorised to make the request

  • The utility number

  • Updated self-reading

  • Business tax data

     

We would remind you that in the event of a merger or incorporation, a name change is required to change the contract details.

If you own a zootechnical business, you can only change the name registered with your utility at the branch nearest to your municipality.

 

If there is previous debt on the supply for which the new customer is not responsible, a declaration can be made of being extraneous to the debt, as instructed by our branch operators or call centre.

  • The minutes showing appointment to the position of administrator

  • The utility number

  • An up-to-date self-reading of the meter (no need if the utility is calibrated mouth)

  • Condominium tax data

How to send the request

Find your reference water company, choose the sending method you prefer and follow the directions.

Choose from the following sending modes the one that is most convenient for you.

  • If you are a customer of Acea, access the reserved area of MyAcea, click on Name change and send your request.
  • If you are not a customer of Acea, register with MyAcea and go to the Name change section.
  • Contact us on the commercial freephone number.
  • Make the request directly at a commercial branch.

Send your request in one of the following ways.

  • If you are an Acea customer, access your reserved MyAcea area, click on Transfer Contract and send
    your request
  • If you are not an Acea customer, register on MyAcea and go to the Transfer Contract section
  • Contact us the  the toll-free commercial number 06 45698202 (from districts outside Frosinone) or on 800 639 251 (from districts in Frosinone )
  • Submit your request in person on our commercial premises
