Change to use

You can make the request in any of the following cases

  • to transform a site utility into a definitive one;
  • to transform a site utility into multiple definitive ones;
  • to convert a domestic utility into a non-domestic one and vice versa (with consequent tariff changes);

How to request a change to use

  • Access MyAcea Acqua and go to the Contracts section. Click on New Contract and fill in the Change to use page.
  • Contact us on your company’s commercial freephone number.
  • Make the request directly at a commercial branch.

If moving the meter or insufficient dimension to satisfy the service requested, your request will cause an estimate to be opened.
