Serena Dell'Aira

Since August 2020, Serena Dell’Aira is Head of Partner Development at Acea Innovation. Her activity focuses on Business Development, Strategic Relations and Development Processes in relation to Energy Efficiency, E-Mobility, and Waste Transition.

Since 2020, she is Head of Customer Services of Acea Energy carrying out projects pertaining to the reorganization of the activities involving customers and improving the efficiency of the processes that support the contact channels.

Since 2018, as Executive Assistant in the Energy Infrastructure Industrial Area of Acea S.p.A. she works aside the Director in activities pertaining to Business Development and the Coordination of all Companies for the execution of the projects part of the Acea Group’s Business Plan.

From 2009 to 2018 she was Head of the Secretarial Offices of the President of Acea S.p.A. and Coordinator of all Director activities.

Before joining Acea, she worked for many years in the culture and communications sectors, in charge of public building restoration projects, planning and running cultural events, and directing art galleries.

Serena Dell’Aira graduated in Literature and Philosophy at the University of Palermo and after that obtained a M.I.U.R. Master’s Degree in Cultural Heritage Management and Specialized in Medieval, Modern, and Contemporary Art and Valorization of Cultural Heritage at the LUMSA University of Rome.
