How to send the request

  • Access MyAcea and go to the Contracts section. Click on New Contract and fill in the Spin-off page. You can only do this through MyAcea if you already have an associated utility.
  • Contact us on your company’s commercial freephone number.
  • Make the request directly at a commercial branch.

The request will result in the opening of an estimate. We will contact you to arrange an appointment with a technician.
