How to send the request

  • Access MyAcea Acqua and go to the Contracts section. Click on New Contract and fill in the Spin-off page. You can only do this through MyAcea Acqua if you already have an associated utility.
  • Download the form and send it following the methods indicated nl form itself
  • Contact us on your company’s commercial freephone number.
  • Make the request directly at a commercial branch.

The request will result in the opening of an estimate. We will contact you to arrange an appointment with a technician.

For customers of Acea Ato 5

You can send your request for spin-off in any of the following ways:

  • If you are not an Acea customer, register on MyAcea Acqua Go to the Contracts section, click on New Contract, and fill in the Spin-off page.
  • Book here a video call with an operator through our digital help desk;
  • Download the form, fill it in and send it:

  • via certified email (PEC) at the following address: commerciale.ato5@pec.aceaspa.it
  • Call our commercial service freephone number at 800 639 251
  • Go to your nearest help desk or contact point, bringing all the required documentation with you. Book an appointment here.

For customers of Gesesa

You can send your request in any of the following ways.

  • Access your reserved MyGesesa area, fill in and send the form.
  • Download the form, fill it in and send it as instructed on the form.
  • Send an email to commerciale@gesesa.it or commerciale@cert.gesesa.it (form completed and signed and all required documents as per list described above).
  • Go to your nearest branch or contact point, taking all the documentation you need with you.
