Please be informed that, in accordance with the Covid-19 containment measures, the help desk in Piazzale Ostiense 2 will reopen to customers from Monday, June 8, by appointment only. Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 3:30pm. For easy access to the help desk, in compliance with the Covid-19 safety regulations, you can book (free of charge) via the ufirst app and choose the date and time of your appointment directly from your smartphone.

Only customers who have booked via the app will be allowed to go to the help desk, and will only be served if they have the booking confirmation and documentation required for the requested service. To check which documents you need to provide with your request, please refer to the Help and support section.
Body temperature must be measured before going to the help desk and it is compulsory to wear a face mask.
Our users can manage their water supply contract via the MyAcea digital platform directly from home, 24 hours a day, or by contacting us by phone.
