To report a lack of water or low pressure in a building, we invite you to also communicate the user code or serial number of the meter, in order to correctly identify the user affected by the disruption. To report a sewage failure, in municipalities with independent management of the service, please see the contacts list (only Italian version).

Acea Ato 2’s digital help desk is the new service enabling the customers to manage their requests remotely through a videocall system with our operators.
The service is available by appointment only from Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00 CET, Saturday from 9:00 to 12:30 CET.

Physical help desk

To access the help desk located in Rome, P.zle Ostiense 2, or at one of the Waidy Points in the territory, it is necessary to book an appointment by calling the commercial toll-free number 800 130 331.

Please note that it is only possible to access the help desk located in Rome and the Waidy points with confirmation of the reservation and the necessary documentation for the requested service.
