Acea Ato 2’s digital help desk is the new service enabling the customers to manage their requests remotely through a videocall system with our operators.
The service is available by appointment only from Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00 CET, Saturday from 9:00 to 12:30 CET.

Physical help desk

Acea Ato 2’s physical help desks are currently closed to the public, except for Help Desk in Rome and Waidy Points in Tivoli, Frascati, Velletri, Subiaco, Guidonia and Colleferro.

The help desk located in Rome at Piazzale Ostiense no.2 is open exclusively by reservation, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:30.

To book an appointment, for free and on your own, log in MyAcea Acqua customers’ area and fill in the dedicated form, choosing the day and time available, and specifying the type of request.

Otherwise, you can book an appointment by calling the toll-free number 800 130 335.

Only customers providing a booking confirmation, and the necessary documentation for the required service, will have access to the help desk. You don’t need to print any confirmation email: just show it to the staff at the entrance.

Access to Help Desk in Rome is allowed only with a facemask and after measurement of body temperature.
