If you are a customer of Acea Ato 5 (Frosinone and province), you can submit your request for reimbursement by downloading the form. Fill it in and send it:

• via email at the following address: commerciale@aceaato5.it
• via certified email (PEC) at the following address: commerciale.ato5@pec.aceaspa.it

Heirs entitled to the refund must file a declaration in lieu of affidavit. In this case, if the utility is in the name of the deceased person, the refund of the amount due is subordinate to the change in account due to a changeover as a result of death. In this case, the 5-year term begins from the date of acceptance of the account change.

Activate Acea's free service to receive your digital water bill via email in an interactive and navigable version. You can consult it online on any device.
You can activate it by choosing one of the following methods:

• Log in to MyAcea Acqua and go to the Bills and Payments section. Click on Bolletta Web (Web Bill) to enter your email and activate the service. You will receive an email from Acea to complete the request. The link received will remain active for 48 hours.
• Book here a video call with one of our operators through the digital counter;
• Contact the commercial toll-free number 800 63 92 51.
  

If the application is not sent by the bill payer, a signed document delegating powers of signature, a copy of the ID document of the authorised person and a copy of the bill payer's ID document must be attached to the application.

To cancel your water supply contract, you can submit your cancellation request in any of the following ways:

• Access MyAcea Acqua. Go to the Contracts section and fill in the Cancellation page, or chat in real time with an operator;

-You can apply for a sewer and sewage fee waiver by downloading the form. Fill it out and send it:

You can submit your self-declaration of the number of family members via MyAcea Acqua.
Access your customer area, go to section Change No. of family members, and submit the form. Alternatively, you can chat in real time with an operator;

• If you are an Acea customer, log into MyAcea Acqua, fill in and submit the New-Connection form (for domestic utilities only).
• If you are not an Acea customer, register on MyAcea Acqua and go to the Name Change section

Self-reading allows you to periodically update the situation of your consumption on the bill. Report it quickly, easily, and independently.

You can report your reading in any of the following ways:

Access MyAcea Acqua, go to the self-reading and consumption section and submit your reading. Alternatively, you can chat in real time with an operator;

Send an e-mail to: ato5_letture@aceaspa.it;

Call or commercial service freephone number at 800 63 92 51.

Send a text message indicating the utility code, the customer code and the numbers read on the meter followed by “#” to 3399942943; ex: utilitycode#customercode#self-reading.

You can pay your bill automatically by debiting your current account without additional charges. Your tax code and IBAN are required for activation or change. You can do this in any of the following ways:                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

• Access your MyAcea Acqua customer area and go to the Bill and Payments/Bank Details section, or chat in real time with an operator;
