  • the utility number
  • the address to which the final bill should be sent
  • updated self-reading of the meter
  • Active email address and telephone contact

 

Cancellation of the contract results in suspension of the supply and removal of the meter. The final invoice, delivered to the address supplied, shall calculate the balance of consumption and the return of the SII prices by way of deposit and/or advance on consumption, paid with the first bill.

How to request cancellation

  • Acess MyAcea Acqua and go to the Contracts section. Click on my contracts and fill in the cancellation page. 
  • Contact us on your company’s commercial freephone number. 
  • Make the request directly at a commercial branch.

You can submit your cancellation request in any of the following ways:
• Access MyAcea Acqua. Go to the Contracts section and fill in the Cancellation page, or chat in real time with an operator;
• Book here a video call with an operator through our digital help desk;
Download the form, fill it in and send it:
via email at the following address: commerciale@aceaato5.it
via certified email (PEC) at the following address: commerciale.ato5@pec.aceaspa.it
• Call our commercial service freephone number at 800 63 92 51;
• Go to your nearest help desk or contact point, bringing all the required documentation with you. Book an appointment here.
 

To send the request, download the form (only italian version), fill it in and e-mail it to commerciale@gesesa.it or commerciale@cert.gesesa.it, attaching a copy of a valid form of ID, your tax code and payment of the last bill.

These same documents can alternatively by faxed to 0824 320359 or handed in at the user branch.

In the event of a delegation, the form can be filled in, attaching a copy of the document identifying the representative.
In the event of the named user having died, attach a death certificate.
The utility must be up-to-date with payments.
