  • A document showing the identity and tax code of the new holder
  • The supply number or the name of the previous account holder
  • Property deed of ownership

  • Land registry data of the property
  • Active email address and telephone contact

 

If there is previous debt on the supply for which the new customer is not responsible, a declaration can be made of being extraneous to the debt, as instructed by our branch operators or call centre.

  • Business tax data
  • The supply number or the name of the previous account holder
  • Land registry data of the property
  • Active certified email address and telephone contact

  • The minutes showing appointment to the position of administrator
  • Condominium tax data
  • The supply number or the name of the previous account holder
  • Land registry data of the property
  • Active email address and telephone contact

 

In the case of the presence of past debts on the supply on the supply will be ascertained the non-existence of the debt through the examination of the title. 

 

How to send the request

Choose the request mode you prefer according to your water company.

    If you are an Acea customer, log into MyAcea Acqua, click on Takeover and send your request

    If you are not an Acea customer, register on MyAcea Acqua and go to the Takeover section

    Go to your nearest help desk or contact point, bringing all the required documentation with you. Book an appointment here.

You can send your request in any of the following ways.

  • Access your reserved MyGesesa area, fill in and send the form.
  • Download the form (only italian version), fill it in and send it as instructed on the form.
  • Send an email to commerciale@gesesa.it or commerciale@cert.gesesa.it (form completed and signed and all required documents as per list described above).
  • Go to your nearest branch or contact point, taking all the documentation you need with you.

Together with your request, you will need to download, fill in and submit the form (only italian version) showing owner approval. You will also need your registration with TARI.
