If there is previous debt on the supply for which the new customer is not responsible, a declaration can be made of being extraneous to the debt, as instructed by our branch operators or call centre.

  • A document showing the identity and tax code of the legal representative (or person authorised to make the request).
  • Business tax data.
  • The utility number or serial number of the meter.
  • Land registry data of the property.

  • The minutes showing appointment to the position of administrator.

How to send the request

Choose the request mode you prefer according to your water company.

Acea Ato 2 (Rome and province)
Acea Ato 5 (Frosinone and province)
Gesesa (Benevento and province)

Send your request in any of the following ways.

  • If you are a customer of Acea, access the reserved area of MyAcea, click on Takeover and send your request.
  • If you are not a customer of Acea, register with MyAcea and go to the Takeover section.
  • Contact us on commercial freephone number.
  • Make the request directly at a commercial branch.

You can send your request in one of the following ways.

  • Access your reserved MyAcea area, fill in and send the form.
  • Download the form (only italian version), fill it in and send it as instructed on the form.
  • Go to your nearest branch or contact point, taking all the documentation you need with you.
  • Or contact the commercial service freephone number 800 639 251.

  • Access your reserved MyGesesa area, fill in and send the form.
  • Download the form (only italian version), fill it in and send it as instructed on the form.
  • Send an email to commerciale@gesesa.it or commerciale@gesesa.postecert.it (form completed and signed and all required documents as per list described above)Go to your nearest branch or contact point, taking all the documentation you need with you.

Together with your request, you will need to download, fill in and submit the form (only italian version) showing owner approval. You will also need your registration with TARI.
