How to send the request

  • If you are a customer of Acea, access the reserved area of MyAcea, click on Takeover and send your request.
  • If you are not a customer of Acea, register with MyAcea and go to the Takeover section.
  • Contact us on your company’s commercial freephone number.
  • Make the request directly at a commercial branch.

For customers of Gesesa

Together with your request, you will need to download, fill in and submit the form showing owner approval. You will also need your registration with TARI.
