To send your water connection request:
- Access your reserved MyGesesa area, fill in and send the New Connection form (private connections only).
- Download the form, fill it in and send it as instructed on the form.
- Send an email to commerciale@gesesa.it or commerciale@cert.gesesa.it (form completed and signed and all required documents as per list described above).
- Go to your nearest branch or contact point, taking all the documentation you need with you.
To send your sewer connection request:
Connection refers to the set of operations required to connect a property to the sewer system.
- Drains into the public sewer system are classified into three different categories:
- domestic wastewater;
- wastewater assimilated to domestic (for this category, the assimilation measure of the Campania Water Authority is required);
- industrial wastewater (an authorization to drain from the Ente Idrico Campano is required for this category). Forms and information at www.enteidricocampano.it.
What to do
Before proceeding with the application for a new connection to the public sewer system, the user must ask the network operator for an on-site inspection of the dimensions of the of the sewerage network under management by filling out the “quota inspection request ”, which is a preliminary operation for the compilation of the technical documents (project drafting) required by the Regional Regulations (EIC) for the sewer connection. Then information taken from the field will be sent to the applicant.
The quota inspection request form must be filled out completely. In particular with the following references:
- Title of ownership of the property
- Cadastral data highlighting the requested property
- Any toponymic references adjacent to the area of interest in case of absence of house number
In addition, the user is reminded to attach a copy of the cadastral/planiometric/CTR excerpt highlighting the requested property, as well as a copy of the bank transfer receipt for the requested amount.
What is Needed
After obtaining the quota certificate, the user can proceed with the connection request providing:
- “Self-certification for sewerage connection request” form complete in every part (with particular reference to: title of ownership of the property, cadastral data and data of urban planning regularity) to be attached on the site
- ID card
- Copy of the quota inspection report
- Connection works project
Requests for sewer connection only complete with the following documents will be accepted:
- Project of the connection works (in A3 or A4 format), signed by a qualified technician, which must include: technical report containing a description of the planned works indicating the materials used, description of any planned equipment, hydraulic sizing calculations of the ducts, any other information useful to define the characteristic of the works in general
- Cadastral plan of the area at a scale of 1:1000 or 1:2000 showing the public sewer system
- Plans of the building and outdoor areas;
- Project plan on a scale of 1:50 or 1:100 for the new system to be built containing especially the scheme of the manhole, the connection manhole and the private sewage system, showing for the latter the diameters of the pipes for both wastewater and stormwater
- Dimensioned drawing of a longitudinal (and cross-sectional) section of the pipeline between the manhole and the connection manhole containing the following information: type, diameter and slope of the pipeline, outlet elevation in the connection manhole, diameter and
- funding share of the public.
Once the technical documentation is obtained, the completeness and correctness of the application will be checked, otherwise subsequent additions will be requested with a possible field inspection.
AOn successful closure of the technical process, the application will be accepted and the user will receive a favorable opinion on the connection in order to allow, the user, to obtain any necessary authorization to carry out the work.
