Acea Web Bill: your online water bills are also interactive

Now there is an easier way of reading your water bills: Web Bill. A free service that Acea offers its customers. Activate it to receive your water utility bills via email and read them online in a new digital and interactive format that you can download on your devices in pdf.

Thanks to the new graphics and layout, the online water bill provides an intuitive and easy way of understanding your water consumption and the individual costs.

.Starting on the home page, Acea Web Bill shows all the main details on one page: water account details, billing period, actual consumption billed, payable amount, payment status.

The new Web Water Bill is interactive, with direct links to more information on the website and to access the functions in the MyAcea Acqua Customer Area. It is also easy to browse. Thanks to the menu always visible on both computers and smartphones, you can access individual sections to find out more information about the content of your Acea digital water bill.

In the Consumption section of the online bill you can see the amount of water billed and keep an eye on how much you use with the help of interactive graphics. You can easily access all the tools you need to manage your water utilities: such as submitting a meter reading to receive a water bill calculated on your actual consumption.

In the Costs section all costs included in your water bill are clearly detailed and itemized. You can choose to see more information for each item.

In the Quick Links section you will find direct links to many functionalities in the MyAcea Acqua Customer Area. You can pay your water bill online or choose the method of payment you prefer among those available.

How to activate Acea Web Water Bill

Log into MyAcea Acqua and go to the Bills and Payments area. Click on Web Bill to enter your email address and activate the service. You will receive an email from Acea to complete your request. The link in the email will be active for 48 hours.
