Managing Water Needs

For customers of Acea Ato 5 (Frosinone and province)

If you are a customer with a commercial/condominium/artisan utility, you can request an increase or decrease in the number of concessions.

To request the change, you need:

• an ID and tax code of the legal representative;
• a Chamber of Commerce certificate for companies only
• a Cadastral certificate for co-owners only;
• an DM10 form (in case of utilities with employees);
• a stable register (in case of farming use).

You can submit your request to change your water needs in any of the following ways:

• Access MyAcea Acqua. Go to the Contracts section and fill in the page to change your water needs, or chat in real time with an operator;
• Book here a video call with an operator through our digital help desk;
• Download the form, fill it in and send it:

Go to your nearest help desk or contact point. Book an appointment here. In the event of an authorisation letter, a proxy form signed by the delegator is needed, with a photocopy of the form and of the delegator’s ID.

You can request an increase or decrease in the number of concessions, only for commercial or production utilities.

To request the change, you need:

• a document proving the identity and tax code of the legal representative;
• Chamber of Commerce certificate;
• DM10 form (in the event of utilities with employees);
• stall register (in the event of farming use).

In the event of alternative disposal of waste water, valid documentation must be presented showing alternative disposal.

In the event of a delegation, the power of attorney (only italian version) is needed, signed by the delegator and complete with a photocopy of a form of ID, copy of the document of the representative and self-certification form, previously signed by the representative.
