Upgrading of the Ciciliano purification system

Description and Goals

The aim of the intervention is to adapt the intermunicipal purification plant in the municipality of Ciciliano to also serve the municipalities of Pisoniano, Gerano and Cerreto Laziale. The adaptation of the Ciciliano purification plant involves an upgrade to decommission three purifiers (one relating to the municipality of Pisoniano and two relating to the municipality of Cerreto Laziale) and thus convey wastewater to this single plant, by reclaiming the related sewerage connection system, an intervention of which has also been put forward for NRRP funding (DM191). The intervention will allow the purification of currently untreated water, ensuring more effective management of the entire purification process.
