Daniela Crisante

Since September 2023 Daniela Crisante has been Head of Acea’s Public Finance Function.

She started at Acea in 2019 and is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. From January 2023 to July 2023, she was Head of Regulatory Administration and Procurement for Acea Ato5 S.p.A, and from September 2020 to August 2023 she coordinated the Acea Group’s PNRR projects in addition to scouting for publicly subsidized finance. From August 2019 to August 2023 she was Regulatory Manager for the Water Holding Area, her specific responsibilities being the following:

constant monitoring, contrasting and updating with all regulated sectors of the Acea Group;
definition of the regulatory strategy for the Water Area and sharing with the strategy of all the regulated sectors of the Group;
simulations of the current tariff structure for the 11 companies in the Water Area and preparation of the Economic and Financial Plans;
coordination of relations with ARERA and local government bodies;
definition of the regulatory accounting model and implementation of the reporting necessary for discussions with internal and external stakeholders;
simulation of new tariff/PEF models to be proposed to ARERA;
verification of the homogeneity of treatment of the tariff and regulatory application for all companies in the Water Area;
monitoring of the application of ARERA/Antitrust provisions for all companies in the Water Area;
support for clarifications and/or Group issues for all companies in the Water Area and/or for companies operating in the other regulated sectors of the Acea Group.

Daniela Crisante has also held various administrative positions within the Acea Group. From December 2019 to December 2022 she was a Board Member of Acea Ato5 S.p.A, and since November 2022 she is a Board Member of Acea Molise S.r.l. and Sarnese Vesuviano S.r.l.

Before joining Acea, she was in EY SpA from September 2006 to July 2019, holding positions of increasing responsibility: first Staff Auditor (2006-2008), then Senior Auditor (2008-2011), Manager Auditor (2011-2014) and finally Senior Manager Auditor (2014-2019).

She graduated in Economics and Business, with a focus on Business Economics, at La Sapienza University of Rome.
