Cosmo Damiano Marzulli

Cosmo Damiano Marzulli is Head of the Secretariat Function of the Board of Directors in Acea.

In Acea he is responsible for:
- managing and organising the activities of the corporate bodies of the parent company (listed company);
- providing corporate consultancy in general to the corporate bodies of the parent company and group companies, as well as to the structures of the companies themselves;
- maintaining relations with the stock exchange authority;
- supervising the obligations connected to the group’s governance model and the related system of powers;
- ensuring compliance with obligations in the context of company law.

Before joining Acea, he spent the first part of his career in the Seat Pagine Gialle Group (then Italiaonline), from 2002 to December 2018. Lastly, he was Head of Regulatory and Corporate Affairs (from April 2012 to December 2018). In addition, from 2009 to 2012, he was Corporate Contracts Manager for the Seat Pagine Gialle Group.

He graduated in Law from the University of Bari with 110/110 cum laude. He subsequently obtained a Master’s degree for Corporate Lawyers (MGI) at the School of Business Administration (SAA) in Turin, and in 2004 he obtained the qualification to practice law.
