Acea for World Energy Saving Day
The stairway walls, in view of their concave and convex form, were given special consideration since, in order to exploit the various different optical effects, they needed, on the one hand, a circular light for the external walls and, on the other, an asymmetrical type of lighting to guide the beams of light. With this new technology an extremely effective and luminous end result was achieved, producing a warm white light effect.
The church of Trinità dei Monti is also resplendent, thanks to a completely innovated lighting system. Overall, for the entire operation 16 floodlights of smaller dimensions were used, each with a capacity of 40W, leading to a decrease, with the existing LED system, from 1300W to 640W, representing a significant reduction in electricity consumption.
