Ownership structure

Roma Capitale holds a 51% equity interest. According to Consob data, as at 31 December 2023 the other direct or indirect significant shareholdings are owned by Suez SA (23.33%) and Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone (5.45%). The free float constitutes 20.22% of the share capital, of which 14% is held by leading institutional investors.
