The focuses of this edition: the status of national implementation of PNRR priorities and flagship projects, the restoration and regeneration of ecosystems, the sustainable use of water resourcessustainable cities, the status of the circular economy in processes and products.

The Acea Group confirms its green vocation by presenting at Ecomondo 2022 some of its most innovative and sustainable projects.

Acea brings to Ecomondo 2021 its innovation projects applied to the circular economy including Waidy, the app for conscious water consumption, Urbee for environmental monitoring using bees as bio-indicators and SmartComp, the solution for obtaining quality compost.

The 2020 edition becomes entirely digital and presents a development model that aims at the transition to a sustainable industrial ecosystem, perfectly in line with the sustainability objectives set out in Acea's Industrial Plan. With the increase of photovoltaic plants and the commitment to a waste transition, Acea confirms the important role of utilities in the path of economic recovery.

Acea is presenting new sustainability models at Ecomondo 2019: from short-distance mini compost plants to sustainable water resource management. A concrete €1.7 billion commitment to the development of a circular and green economy, enhanced for the occasion by meetings and interviews conducted by experts from various areas related to sustainability.

Acea is taking part in the 2018 edition of Ecomondo with a 200 square metre stand where it will show its industrial expertise and current projects in the field of circular economy. Acea's goal is to reduce water losses from the distribution network by 15% and focus on future generations with its new training project for the "sustainability innovators" of the future.
