Rome, April 1, 2015 - Notice is hereby given that the Annual Financial Report 31 December 2014, including the Draft Financial Statements, the Consolidated Financial Statements, the Management Report and the declaration pursuant to Article 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, as well as the Reports of the Independent Auditors and the Board of Auditors, the Report on corporate governance and ownership structure and the Remuneration Report pursuant to art. 123-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, are available at the registered office, on the corporate website of the Company www.acea.it (Section "Assembly 2015"), on the website of the Italian Stock Exchange S.p.A. (Www.borsaitaliana.it) and at the authorized storage mechanism "1Info" www.1info.it available on site.

The budget information relating to subsidiaries and associates will be available at the registered office of the Company, as from 8 April 2015.
