Acea makes the dates on scheduled for consideration by the Board of Directors of the financial data for the year 2015:

Wednesday, March 11, 2015 Consolidated Financial Statements of ACEA, the project of the Acea Group's financial statements at December 31, 2014

Thursday, May 14, 2015 Interim Report 31 March 2015
Tuesday, July 28, 2015 Half-year financial report at June 30, 2015
Thursday, November 12, 2015 Interim Report to 30 September 2015.

They will be scheduled meetings with the financial community and the media for the presentation of the interim results and possibly corporate strategies.

The Shareholders' Meeting, to approve the financial statements at December 31, 2014, will be convened on first call on April 23, 2015 (Thursday) and on second call on 24 April 2015 (Friday).
