Prices applicable to active supplies comprise a fixed amount and a variable amount (binomial tariff based on volumes provided and heating energy).
The parameter to determine the fixed amount is updated monthly based on ISTAT service indicators; the parameter to determine the variable amount is updated every three months based on the market price of Natural Gas published by ARERA (Authority for the Regulation of Energy, Networks and Environment) and in the case of cooling energy, the market price of Electricity published by ARERA.

Requesting a meter check does not exempt you from paying a bill that later may be recalculated and refunded based on the outcome of the check.
