ACEA S.p.A. (“ACEA”) announces the dates on which the Board of Directors is expected to examine the company’s financial results during 2024:

Tuesday 5 March 2024 Consolidated financial statements of the ACEA Group and draft ACEA separate financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023

Thursday 9 May 2024 Interim report on operations at 31 March 2024

Thursday 25 July 2024 Half-year financial report at 30 June 2024

Thursday 14 November 2024 Interim report on operations at 30 September 2024

Meetings with the financial community and the media may be organised in order to present the financial results and business strategies, as appropriate.

A General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders to approve the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 will be convened in first call on 12 April 2024 (Friday) and in second call on 16 April 2024 (Tuesday).

The dividend for FY2023 is expected to be payable from 26 June 2024, with an ex-dividend date of 24 June 2024 and record date of 25 June 2024.
