Press Release

Acea SpA (“Acea”) announces that the Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the Interim report for the three months ended 31 March 2023, initially scheduled for 9 May 2023, will now take place on Wednesday, 10 May 2023.

The other dates for the Board of Directors’ examination of the financial results for 2023 remain unchanged with respect to those announced to the market:

Wednesday, 26 July 2023 Half-year report for the six months ended 30 June 2023
Tuesday, 14 November 2023 Interim report for the nine months ended 30 September 2023

As usual, meetings with the financial community and the media will be organised in order to present the interim financial results and the Company’s strategies.

The Company confirms that the dividend for 2022 will be payable from 21 June 2023, with an ex-dividend date of 19 June 2023 and a record date of 20 June 2023.
