In relation to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, as per Calling Notice dated 9 March 2023, to be held on 18 and 20 April 2023, respectively in first and second call, Acea S.p.A. reports that the following Lists of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Directors have been duly filed at the Company.
