Acea S.p.A. (“ACEA”) announces its financial calendar for 2023:

Thursday 2 March 2023 Consolidated financial statements of the Acea Group and draft Acea separate financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022

Tuesday 9 May 2023 Interim report on operations at 31 March 2023

Wednesday 26 July 2023 Half-year financial report at 30 June 2023

Tuesday 14 November 2023 Interim report on operations at 30 September 2023

Meetings with the financial community and the media may be organised in order to present the financial results and business strategies, as appropriate.

A General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders to approve the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 will be convened in first call on 14 April 2023 (Friday) and in second call on 18 April 2023 (Tuesday).

The dividend for 2022 is expected to be payable from 21 June 2023, with an ex-dividend date of 19 June 2023 and record date of 20 June 2023.
