Acea S.p.A. (“Acea”) announces its financial calendar for 2022:

Monday 14 March 2022 Consolidated financial statements of the ACEA Group and draft ACEA separate financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2021

Wednesday 11 May 2022 Interim report on operations at 31 March 2022

Wednesday 27 July 2022 Half-year financial report at 30 June 2022

Wednesday 9 November 2022 Interim report on operations at 30 September 2022

Meetings with the financial community and the media may be organised in order to present the financial results and business strategies, as appropriate.

A General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders to approve the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 will be convened in first call on 27 April 2022 (Wednesday) and in second call on 2 May 2022 (Monday).

The dividend for 2021 is expected to be payable from 22 June 2022, with an ex-dividend date of 20 June 2022 and record date of 21 June 2022.
