Acea has today finalised its acquisition of a 51% stake in Alto Sangro Distribuzione Gas Srl, which operates in the distribution of methane gas and is present in twenty-four municipalities in the Province of L’Aquila, mostly forming part of Atem Aquila 3.
The company owns almost the entire gas distribution infrastructure, comprising 537 Km of network and around 34 thousand redelivery points (see PR dated 10 March 2020).
In this transaction, UBI Corporate & Investment Banking performed the role of financial advisor and the firm Nctm the role of legal advisor.
