Acea S.p.A. (“ACEA”) announces the dates on which the Board of Directors is expected to examine the company’s financial results during 2019:

Wednesday 6 March 2019      Consolidated financial statements of the ACEA Group and separate financial statements of ACEA for the year ended 31 December 2018                                      

Wednesday 15 May 2019          Interim report on operations for the three months ended 31 March 2019

Wednesday 31 July 2019           Half-year financial report for the six months ended 30 June 2019

Wednesday 13 November 2019  Interim report on operations for the three months ended 30 September 2019            

Meetings with the financial community and the media may be organised in order to present the financial results and business strategies, as appropriate.

A General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders to approve the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 will be convened in first call on 17 April 2019 (Wednesday) and in second call on 18 April 2019 (Thursday).

The dividend for 2018 is expected to be payable from 26 June 2019, with an ex-dividend date of 24 June 2019 and record date of 25 June 2019.
