Acea S.p.A. (“ACEA”) announces the dates on which the Board of Directors is expected to examine the company’s financial results during 2018:

Wednesday March 14, 2018     Consolidated financial statements of the ACEA Group and separate financial statements of ACEA for
                                                        the year ended 31 December 2017

Thursday May 10, 2018              Quarterly report for the three months ended 31 March 2018

Tuesday July 31, 2018                 Interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2018

Thursday November 8, 2018    Quarterly report for the nine months ended 30 September 2018

Meetings with the financial community and the media may be organised in order to present the financial results and strategies.

A General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders to approve the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2017 will be called in first call on 20 April 2018 (Friday) and in second call on 27 April 2018 (Friday).

The dividend for 2017 is expected to be payable from 20 June 2018, with an ex-dividend date of 18 June 2018 and a record date of 19 June 2018.
