A meeting between the Executive Councillor with responsibility for Financial Planning, Property and the Reorganisation of Investments (Assessore al Bilancio, Patrimonio e Riorganizzazione delle Partecipate), Marcello Minenna, Acea SpA’s Chief Executive Officer, Alberto Irace, and the Company’s CFO, Demetrio Mauro, was held today. During the meeting, key aspects of the Business Plan for the period 2016-2020, previously presented to analysts and investors, were illustrated. The meeting also included discussions designed to prepare the way for the identification of a number of proposals for wider and more extensive cooperation between ACEA, Roma Capitale and its other investee companies. In this regard, ACEA intends to further examine certain issues of a financial and industrial nature.
