It is announced that Diane d'Arras - elected a Director in the list submitted by the shareholder Suez - an independent director and non-executive director of Acea SpA and Coordinator of the Committee for Transactions with Related Parties, has resigned from his position for ' intensification of their professional commitments in the Suez Group.
