4 December, Standard & Poor's announced that it had confirmed the Acea rating of "BBB-" on long-term debt and "A-3" on short-term debt, with "Stable" outlook.

The Agency has improved their liquidity as "adequate" to "strong", as it believes that Acea will maintain a satisfactory liquidity reserves over the next 24 months.
