On 26 June, Fitch Ratings announced that it had confirmed the Acea SpA's rating equal to "BBB +" and "Stable" outlook.

The agency said the confirmation of the rating and the outlook with the recent approval, by the Company, the Business Plan 2015-2019, which reiterates the focus of the strategy on regulated activities and commitment to maintaining a solid financial structure.
