Rome, 1 April 2015 – This is to inform you that the Report on the financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2014, consisting of the Draft financial statements of the Company and the Group, Report on Operations and Certification as per article 154-bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998, as well as the Reports of the Auditing Company and Board of Statutory Auditors, Report on corporate governance and ownership structure and Remuneration Report pursuant to art. 123-ter of Legislative Decree58/1998 are available from the company’s registered office, official website, Borsa Italiana S.p.A.’s website and the authorised storage mechanism “1Info” (www.1info.it).

Information pertaining to the financial statements of subsidiaries and associates will be available at the company’s registered office as from 8 April 2015.
