How is fixed for the second call on May 7, 2015, in place of the date of the partial amendment Financial Calendar, communicating chel'Assemblea 'meeting to approve the Financial Statements 2014, confirmed at the first call for April 23, 2015, the April 24, 2015 originally scheduled, without the rest.

The dates tentatively scheduled for consideration by the economic and financial information the Board of Directors for the year 2015 are as follows:

• Thursday, May 14, 2015 Interim Report 31 March 2015
• Tuesday, July 28, 2015 Half-year financial report at June 30, 2015
• Thursday, November 12, 2015 Interim Report at September 30, 2015

They will be scheduled meetings with the financial community and the media for the presentation of the interim results and possibly corporate strategies.

The Shareholders' Meeting, to approve the financial statements at December 31, 2014, will be convened on first call on April 23, 2015 (Thursday) and on second call on May 7, 2015 (Thursday).
