Rome, 29 July 2014 – Today’s meeting of Acea SpA’s Board of Directors, chaired by Catia Tomasetti, following prior assessments by the Nominations and Remuneration Committee and the Related Party Transactions Committee, has approved, at the meeting of 28 July, the agreed termination of Paolo Gallo’s employment with effect from 31 July 2014.
