The Company announces that the Financial Calendar has been partially revised, with the Annual General Meeting of the Company’s shareholders to approve the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2013 to be held on 5 June 2014.

Therefore, the expected dates for the Board of Directors’ reviews of financial reports in 2014 are as follows:

Monday May 12, 2014	Quarterly report for the three months ended 31 March 2014
Tuesday July 29, 2014	Interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2014
Wednesday November 12, 2014	Quarterly report for the nine months ended 30 September 2014.

Meetings with the financial community and the media may be organised in order to present the financial results and strategies.

The final dividend (coupon no. 15) of €0.17 per share will be paid from 26 June 2014. The ex dividend date is 23 June and
the record date 25 June.
