Rome, 24 January 2013 – A meeting of Acea SpA’s Board of Directors, chaired by Giancarlo Cremonesi, has approved the amendment of the Company’s Articles of Association needed to comply with the provisions of Law 120 of 12 July 2011, regarding gender quotas on the Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors. The mandatory changes required by the Law have thus been made to articles 15 and 22 of the Articles of Association.
The minutes of the meeting, recording the resolutions adopted, will be made available to the public at the registered office and on the Company’s website at http://www.acea.it/section.aspx/it/statuto within the deadline required by law.
