Roma, January 24, 2013 - Acea S.p.A. (“ACEA”) announces the dates on which the Board of Directors is expected to examine the company’s financial results during 2013:


Friday March 8, 2013	Consolidated financial statements of the ACEA Group and separate financial statements of ACEA for the year ended 31 December 2012
Monday May 13, 2013	Quarterly report for the three months ended 31 March
Tuesday July 30, 2013	Interim report for the six months ended 30 June 201
Monday November 11, 2013	Quarterly report for the nine months ended 30 September 2013.

Meetings with the financial community and the media may be organised in order to present the financial results and strategies.

A General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders to approve the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2012 will be called in first call on 15 April 2013 and in second call on 22 April 2013.
