Rome, 3 September 2012 – The Board of Directors of ACEA SpA, chaired by Giancarlo Cremonesi, has appointed Iolanda Papalini – at present Head of Account and Fiscal Department of the Group – as the Company’s Manager Responsible for Financial Reporting. Mr Papalini will assume the role with effect from today’s date. Previously the role was held by Giovanni Barberis, former CFO of the Company.
