Rome, 3 July 2012 – Giovanni Barberis, Acea SpA’s Chief Financial Officer and Manager Responsible for Financial Reporting, has announced his resignation with effect from September 3rd, 2012.
Giovanni Barberis left Acea S.p.A. for a new professional challenge.

ACEA’s Chairman, CEO, Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors wish to express their warmest thanks to Mr Barberis for his contribution during his time with the Company.
