ACEA S.p.A. (“ACEA”) announces the dates on which the Board of Directors is expected to examine the company’s financial results during 2012:


Wednesday March 21, 2012	Consolidated financial statements of the ACEA Group and separate financial statements of ACEA for the year ended 31 December 2011
Friday May 11, 2012	Quarterly report for the three months ended 31 March 2012
Monday July 30, 2012	Interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2012
Monday November 12, 2012	Quarterly report for the nine months ended 30 September 2012.

Meetings with the financial community and the media may be organised in order to present the financial results and strategies.

A General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders to approve the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2011 will be called in first call on 4 May 2012 and in second call on 7 May 2012.
