Acea S.p.A. (“ACEA”) announces the dates on which the Board of Directors is expected to examine the company’s financial results during 2011:

Wednesday March 23, 2011 Consolidated financial statements of the ACEA Group and separate financial statements of ACEA SpA for the year ended 31 December 2010

Thursday May 12, 2011 Quarterly report for the three months ended 31 March 2011

Thursday July 28, 2011 Interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2011

Thursday November 10, 2011 Quarterly report for the nine months ended 30 September 2011.

Meetings with the financial community and the media may be organised in order to present the financial results and strategies.

A General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders to approve the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2010 will be called in first call on 27 April 2011 and in second call on 28 April 2011.

The proposed ex dividend date is 23 May 2011, with the dividend to be paid on 26 May 2011

Any changes to the above calendar will be immediately announced to the market and the Supervisory Authorities.
