Rome, 6 August 2010 - Concerning the news that appeared in the press today regarding an agreement between Acea spa and GDF SUEZ for the dissolution of effective joint venture agreements, Acea spa notes that no agreement has yet been reached and that indiscretions on figures or subdivisions of Assets mentioned do not correspond to the reality of facts. 

The talks between the parties continue constructively with the objective to come to an understanding in September in which case the agreement will be immediately submitted to decision making bodies for the necessary approval.
