We inform you that on 8-22-23 and 29-30 December, Gesesa's physical help desks located in Pezzapiana in Benevento will be closed to the public.

We remind you the usual days and opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, Saturday from 8.30 am to 12.30 am.

We also remind you that our commercial toll-free number 800 250981 will not be active on 25, 26 December and 1 January, while it will always be active on all other days at the usual times: Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and Saturday from 9.00 to 12.00 am, free of charge from both landline and mobile phones.

The MyGesesa online help desk is also available 24/7. In addition, by connecting to www.gesesa.it and logging into the MyGesesa app for free form your smart phone, you can submit metre readings, consult water consumption trends, pay bills, see the invoice archive, activate the web bill, enter new activations, transfer, billing rectification and monitor the status of your requests.
