The Acea Group continues to pursue its growth path as italian leader also in engineering services

Acea has finalised its acquisition of the remaining 30% stake in SIMAM (Servizi Industriali Manageriali Ambientali), a company specialised in the engineering, construction and management of water and waste treatment facilities, and in environmental interventions and remediation, with high-tech integrated solutions (see PR dated 7 May 2020).

During the last three years, Acea has developed new competences and know-how and has implemented new solutions with high technological value in the field of engineering and project management, enhancing its skills in infrastructure construction and maintenance and providing an increasingly sustainable, innovative and efficient management of services associated with its business.
