Acea Group gets certified for the second year in a row, with an increase of 2.05% over the 2022 result

For the second year in a row, Acea Group has been awarded the Top Employers Italia Certification, the official acknowledgement for top-quality companies as regards the implementation of HR policies and strategies, aiming at contributing to people’s well-being and at improving the environment and the working world. This Certification is awarded to those companies that achieve and meet the high standards required by HR Best Practices Survey. This Survey covers 6 macro areas in the HR field, it examines and analyses in depth 20 different topics and the respective Best Practices, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and many others. Top Employers 2023 Programme acknowledged and certified 2,053 Top Employers in 121 countries all over the world.

Obtaining the Certification with an increase of 2.05% over 2022 was the result of a People Strategy focused on improving organisational well-being and enhancing talent. Extremely engaged in sustainability issues, Acea was also the first Italian listed multi-utility to be awarded the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification on Gender Equality.
